Redefine your story.

Sometimes life just feels like too much.

I’m here to help you through it.

If you’re ready to do the work, I’m ready to do it with you. Therapy isn’t supposed to be easy. It’s some tough sh*t: honest, sometimes uncomfortable, but worth it.

I’m here for people who are done circling the same patterns and ready to change them. My style is straightforward and collaborative: we name what happened, separate what’s yours from what was put on you, and build new ways of responding that hold up in real life.

Therapeutic Approach

  • Person holding a single yellow flower in their open hands.

    Trauma-Informed

  • Two women sitting at a dark wooden table outdoors, reading books. One woman in a black top is holding a small book, the other in a yellow top is writing in a notebook. There is a drink with a straw on the table, and a third open book in the foreground.

    Narrative Therapy

  • Close-up of a person's skin with a small, dark heart-shaped birthmark in the center.

    Psychodynamic

  • Top-down view of two white coffee mugs, one filled with black coffee and the other empty, placed on a surface decorated with dark roasted coffee beans, with a diagonal division between the two sections.

    Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Two adult hands and two child's hands holding a red heart-shaped object over a blue wooden surface.

    Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Person pointing directly at the camera, wearing a ring that reads 'I am a bad ass'
