Circles cost $75 per session. Preferred payment is upfront prior to the session via the payment link shared with you when you signed up. You can also bring a check or cash to the session.

Cohorts meet 2x a month for 1.5 hours. Each cohort will be 8 weeks long.

Group therapy is where a therapist works with a group of individuals to help them process their trauma.

Unlike individual therapy, group therapy involves working with multiple participants at once, with the aim of building a supportive and collaborative environment for to help each other process our traumas.

Group therapy offers several benefits, including lower costs, increased accountability, peer support, diverse perspectives, and the opportunity to learn from others.

The Circles meet for 1.5 hours twice a month.

You will be asked to sign a coaching agreement that contains a confidentiality clause. We have group agreements at the beginning of the session where we review the confidentiality guidelines (i.e. what we talk about cannot she shared outside of the group).

If you are not able to make a session, please send a notification via email 48 hrs beforehand. There will be no refunds for missing a session if you have paid upfront.
